This has been an excellent experience all the way from diagnosis to treatment, and I must give a big shout out to Helen.H. who supported me with absolutely everything you could need during titration. I do not leave many reviews but it would be an absolute disservice not to recommend their service,so for everyone who is waiting for treatment be patient and it will be worth it. It’s making a big difference in my life and I’m only 11weeks into treatment, thank you so much.

Really friendly and helpful service, delays but nothing compared to some other services. Such lovely staff and easy to access
This service has been amazing and I can’t say enough about how truly great they are , from my assessment through to Tritation has been such an amazing experience, not only has my life changed for the better but I felt like someone was holding my hand right the way through
I wish to thank them so much for everything
I felt supported through the whole process by my prescriber (Mina). I really felt listened to when I was struggling and nothing was brushed under the carpet. The responses were always timely and with kindness. I went through titration at a time in my life where I had a few big things happen (moving and losing a dog) so at times it was hard to see what was working but even through all of this I felt that I was treated with patience and 'it's okay to struggle'. I never felt rushed to make any decisions, and just really appreciated having someone there who understood how my brain worked without having to really explain it!
Upon suspecting my ADHD, I was a bit impatient of knowing, and NHS delays in London were not the best, to say the least. I found Psychiatry-UK, and after a few weeks decided to give it a go. It couldn't have one any better really. 6 months after registering, I got my appointments, leading to a diagnosis. And about one year later (mind the meds shortage) I'm off the program, truitation done, ready to get regular treatment directly. All and all, it was done in less than two years, and potentially could even go faster if it wasn't for the shortage. That's the kind of delays you cannot beat for such important matter. Everyone has just been lovely, with fast response and good communication, may it be doctors or prescribers. I would highly recommend to anyone registering to this service.
The doctor was easy to talk to and understanding.
Good communication.
Made me feel at ease during the initial assessment.
I recommended psychiatry UK to my sister and dad who both now have an ADHD diagnosis without the lengthy waiting time on the NHS. I have continued to recommend the service to work colleagues also.
Thank you for all your help
Very attentive and responsive. I was treated with respect and made all my own decisions. I was able to learn from the opportunity of having access to the professionals here.
I received outstanding care from my prescriber Dr Macdonald and the psychiatrist who conducted my end of titration assessment, Dr Kulik.
They both worked collaboratively with me to find the best solutions for my difficulties. I felt listened to and respected.
All of my queries, and I had so many, were answered thoughtfully and in a very timely manner, so I felt supported from day 1.
I have already recommended the service to someone who is very happy with it, and will continue to do so. Many thanks to all the amazing staff!
I was very anxious about what to expect today, however I was immediately put at ease within the first few minutes of my assessment. I was treated with complete respect and felt very much listened to .. my assessment felt somewhat familiar as the questions had already been covered in my assessment forms so I didn’t have any questions that I struggled to answer .. altogether a calm, thorough assessment with a positive final outcome .. overall I’m very pleased to have been referred and very satisfied with my results.
Great service, thank you
